Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Context Passport at contextpassport.cloud. By using the service, you agree to them.
Service
Context Passport provides tools for storing user-controlled personal context and selectively sharing it with supported AI services and authorized clients.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate registration information, reasonable account security and activity performed through your credentials. You must notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, compromise another person’s data, bypass third-party safety controls, distribute malware, probe accounts you do not own or overload the service.
Your data
You retain rights in the context you provide. You grant the service the limited permission necessary to host, process and transmit approved context to perform requested features.
Third-party services
AI providers, browser stores, identity providers and infrastructure services have separate terms. We do not control the responses, availability or downstream processing of third-party AI services.
Changes and availability
Features may change as browser and AI interfaces evolve. Material changes to these terms should be communicated before they take effect where required.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the service or third-party AI services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
